ighly experienced SAP PP/PM/QM Principal Consultant with hands-on experience in delivering complex SAP implementations, rollouts, and support engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) modules, preferably with S/4HANA exposure and cross-functional understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes.
This role requires strong business consulting skills, solution design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver end-to-end manufacturing and quality solutions.

Skills
Experience in SAP PP/PM/QM with hands-on configuration and solution design experience along with Minimum 2-3 S/4HANA implementation projects.
Strong ability to write Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Experience with Fiori Apps for PP, PM, and QM processes.
Knowledge and hands-on skills to handle Archetypes like MTO, MTS
Knowledge and hands-on skills of SAP PP in Planning, Demand management, Variant configuration, Master data, Shop floor control activities, standard reporting tools, integration with other modules
Knowledge and hands-on skills of SAP QM in Notification, Inspection, Master data, Quality planning and control, integration with other modules
Knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Activate Methodology, and modern manufacturing principles.
Deep industry knowledge: Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing or Heavy Machinery.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Quality Standards (ISO, IATF), and Asset Care programs.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
Ability to lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and work independently.
Fluent in German language
