    Position summary

    e, cost‑effective, and scalable solutions for global hyperscale customers.

    This is a highly strategic role focused on architectural direction, cross‑functional alignment, and long‑term platform success rather than hands‑on execution in a single technical domain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead system‑level electrical architecture and platform strategy for hyperscale server and infrastructure products.

    • Define architectural principles, standards, and guardrails to enable consistent execution across programs and generations.

    • Drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams in a highly matrixed environment.

    • Act as a senior technical interface with hyperscale customers and internal stakeholders.

    • Identify and mitigate technical risks while balancing performance, reliability, cost, and scalability.

    • Provide functional leadership for the Electrical Engineering discipline, including developing talent and influencing global teams.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    • 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering within server, hyperscale, or infrastructure platforms.

    • Proven experience leading system‑level architecture and strategy in complex, global organizations.

    • Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to guide decisions without direct authority.

    Preferred

    • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.

    • Experience supporting hyperscale or cloud customers and large‑scale manufacturing environments.
