Lead forecasting and trend analysis across sales, finance, and broader business conditions to guide forward‑looking planning.
Deliver high‑impact reporting through financial statements, journal entry preparation, SOX‑compliant documentation, and clear recommendations that strengthen the company's financial position.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to produce special analyses, support audits, and provide timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure operational excellence by adhering to financial policies, safety and security standards, and taking on additional responsibilities that contribute to continuous improvement.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Bsc. Degree in Finance or min of 3 years of working experience in a similar role
Strong communicator with an analytical mindset
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is a plus.
Comfortable working with basic numerical concepts such as rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs.
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Business‑level fluency in English and German is required.
