Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 根据项目需求支持IT服务采购，包括人力外包及相关的非生产性物料采购；

2. 管理采购运营，交付关键绩效指标；

3. 持续推动成本优化，支持采购数字化；

4. 支持供应商绩效管理；

5. 学习行业知识并与团队分享；

6. 支持日常工作中的紧急情况；

7. 支持采购运营相关的计划、成本管控、业务转型和流程再造工作。

岗位要求：

1. 精通粤语，英语读写流利；

2. 1-3年采购相关经验，有人力外包采购经验优先；

3. 具备基本的数据分析和处理技能；

3.具备团队协作技能；

4. 拥有良好的学习能力；

5. 结果导向，逻辑思维清晰。
