Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain customer master data structures and databases.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data through validation processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and enhance data quality.

  • Implement data governance policies and practices to manage customer data lifecycle.

  • Conduct data quality assessments and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Utilize data management tools and technologies to streamline data processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in master data management, particularly with customer data.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and database design.

  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.

  • Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with MDM systems and data integration methodologies.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
