Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain customer master data structures and databases.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data through validation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and enhance data quality.
Implement data governance policies and practices to manage customer data lifecycle.
Conduct data quality assessments and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Utilize data management tools and technologies to streamline data processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in master data management, particularly with customer data.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and database design.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with MDM systems and data integration methodologies.
Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
