Description and Requirements

PROFILE / POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Education Qualifications - Required Chartered Accountant with His/her core work experience should be in Corporate Accounting and handling statutory audits.

Professional Experience - 5+ years of post-qualification experience.

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of IND AS & Indian GAAP.

  • Preparation and finalization of Financials independently.

  • Knowledge on FEMA compliance applicable to Import & export including STPI related.

  • Must have knowledge on compliance related to Companies act, MSME Act, Income tax, GST & Labour laws etc.

Leadership / Behavioral Competencies -

  • Analytical and detail oriented.

  • Good communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for preparation and review of financial statements as per IGAAP & Ind-AS. Coordination with internal teams and external auditors (Big-4's) and ensuring smooth completion of audit within the agreed time frame.
Responsible to manage and monitor the day-to-day accounting work done by Accenture. Responsible to provide quarterly variance analysis and reporting for management review. Support tax team during Tax audits and providing details for tax assessments.
Responsible for preparing high-quality metrics for Balance Sheet, Segmented P&L & Cash-flow reviews with India CFO & Group Chief accounting team.
Responsible for tracking monitoring and ensuring all month-end entries proper book closing cycle. Support chief accounting team on operational and strategic tasks & challenges. Review of Key BS reconciliations on yearly basis.
Should have a good working knowledge of SAP. Should support for compliances related MCA, annual filing, MSME & DPT-3 returns, FLA return etc.
