Description and Requirements

  • Managing and deliver Relationship (REL) overall Sales Performance & Margin for Intelligent Device Group (IDG), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), Solutions & Services Group (SSG)

  • Build a close relationship with Partner ecosystem and selected key End Users

  • Managing I&E, across 3 business groups (IDG, ISG, SSG) for overall REL segment (Global Accounts, Very Large Enterprise & Education)

  • Rigorous business cadence within local team and regional counterparts

  • Lead, motivate, nurture/develop and driving performance of REL Team members

  • Managing the overall operation of REL segment from Planning to execution

  • Indonesia
