Description and Requirements

Lenovo Infrastructure solution group is currently seeking a Sr Manager to manage a team of Firmware Validation Engineer (Bios , BMC & RAS) and Automation Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities
• Oversee product's firmware validation through the entire life cycle
• Drive decisions and ensure standardized product validation processes are followed
• Team members by defining expectations and providing timely and specific feedback
• Identify mentorship opportunities and coordinate training and professional development for your team

Job Requirement

• 8+ years of industry experience (preferred with 6 yrs min) and 2+ years of management experience (preferred)

• Direct experience with firmware validation BIOS,BMC & RAS on server products

• Successful completion of multiple server products

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language

• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, as well as negotiate options at senior management levels

• Experience leading a team of engineers and acting as a technical contributor in design reviews and decisions

• Past experience with ODM or CM models of product development
