Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing and marketing strategies with hiring needs.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment marketing, preferably in a contract or project-based role.
Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search techniques).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of employer branding and its role in attracting talent.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
