Position summary

  • Analyzes shipment, inventory, and depletion data to analyze distributor and channel performance. Reviews sales trends, inventory, and distribution performance to makes recommendations to improve the business

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

  • Field Sales Planning & Performance Reporting (LRB)

  • Key Business Drivers - External Incentives, Sales Execution Reporting (Store Survey's)

  • Volume & Distribution Analysis & Reporting

Own:

  • Annual Business Planning Process

  • Internal Reporting for LRB

Influence:

  • Leverage data to tell stories and drive impactful business decisions

Critical Relationships:

  • LRB Field Sales, National Accounts, and Marketing

  • Finance, MABI Operations, and IT

  • Annual Business Plan

  • Sales KPI Performance

Skills Needed to Be Successful:

  • 5-7 years of relevant analytical experience in a Finance, Marketing, or Business Analytics role ideally with CPG organization or data provider.

  • Advanced experience with complex reporting to tools and presenting to executive stakeholders

  • Strong project management skills. Must be able to translate sales/business needs into solutions and drive concepts from inceptions to reality.

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
