• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, information science, or industrial automation and controls

• 8 years of experience in industrial automation of Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemical processing

• Proven technical leadership skills, including mentorship and development of employees

• Ability to independently lead and execute complex automation projects
