Lead on-premises to cloud migrations to enable scalability, resilience, and cloud-ready product delivery.
Develop SaaS cost models to support pricing strategy, margin visibility, and long-term growth.
Enterprise Solutions & Innovation
Architect and deliver integrated enterprise solutions across IoT, analytics, DERMS, and related ecosystems.
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and research developments to identify new opportunities.
Support the development of digital solutions aligned with utility market needs and DSD capabilities.
Collaboration & Business Alignment
Partner with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Mentor and develop engineering and architecture team members to build technical capability within the organization.
Promote a positive and professional image of the Division through effective communication and collaboration.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a 15+ years of experience leading Enterprise scale digital solutions development including software systems, communication systems and IoT.
Proven experience designing complex enterprise architectures across multi-product environments, aligning technology strategy with business goals.
Experience managing, mentoring, and developing technical teams, including architects and engineers.
Advanced knowledge of modern programming languages, scripting, communication protocols, networking, IT security, and cybersecurity principles.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar (certifications preferred).
Strong understanding of the electric utility industry, including communication architectures, standards, and emerging smart grid technologies.
Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, and documentation processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting, analysis, and project tracking.
