What You'll Do

  • Drive Product Strategy: Lead the identification, development, and evolution of DSD products and services while supporting the long-term product roadmap and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Understand Customer Needs: Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand current and future business challenges, translating insights into product improvements and new solution opportunities.

  • Lead Market Research & Analysis & develop business cases: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, voice of the customer activities, and industry trend analysis to support product planning and strategic decision-making.

  • Support R&D and Product Development: Research, analyze, and document product requirements to support product realization, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with Sales Teams: Provide technical product support and subject matter expertise during customer engagements, presentations, and business development efforts.

  • Collaborate on Product Marketing: Work closely with Marketing to support the development and execution of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Represent DSD Externally: Conduct customer webinars, presentations, and participate in industry meetings, conferences, and events to promote DSD solutions and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Stay Current on Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of evolving digital technologies, customer expectations, and market trends impacting the power systems and digital solutions industry.

  • Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across internal teams while supporting the goals and professional image of the Digital Solutions Division.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or a related function.

  • Strong industry knowledge in Data Centers, Utilities, DERMS, Energy Management

  • Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management

  • Strong ability to gather and translate customer and market insights into actionable product strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting technical or digital product portfolios preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
