Manage Service Orders & Systems: Create and process service orders for parts, labor, service provider commissions, billable services, and service contract maintenance. Enter and maintain service order data accurately in MEPPI's CRM and business systems.
Issue Work Orders: Create and distribute work orders for repairs, maintenance, parts replacement, and warranty services to technicians and ASPs. Coordinate third-party equipment orders, site testing, and start-ups as required.
Process Service Provider Payments: Prepare and process documentation to ensure timely payment to service providers for completed work.
Manage Maintenance Contracts: Monitor open service contracts to ensure preventative maintenance is completed according to schedule.
Track Service Completion: Confirm all services are completed, paperwork submitted, and expenses posted accurately. Prepare completed service orders for invoicing or credit processing.
Coordinate Material Returns: Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and coordinate material return logistics.
Support Large Deliveries: Collaborate with MEPPI Logistics and customers to arrange deliveries of large or complex shipments.
Ensure Site Readiness & Compliance: Verify technicians meet required credentials and safety requirements for access to assigned job sites.
Promote Division Excellence: Further the goals and positive professional image of SCD through cooperative, timely interaction with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
Associate's degree in Business or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales support within a service-related industry, or equivalent education and experience
Skills & Attributes:
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Intermediate experience in call center, collections, or customer-facing service environments
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Technology Proficiency:
Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP/MRP and CRM systems
