  • Schedule Planning & Control: Develop and maintain project schedules using WBS and scheduling tools while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and status updates to management and stakeholders.

  • Risk & Resource Management: Identify and manage project risks, trade-offs, and resource constraints to ensure successful outcomes, and escalate critical risks to stakeholders when necessary.

  • Decision-Making Facilitation: Facilitate effective decision-making within the team to resolve technical and schedule challenges promptly.

  • Professional Representation: Further the goals and positive, professional image of the Division through effective dealings with customers and other internal departments and divisions.

What You Bring

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical project management.

Skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with significant technical and budgetary impact.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, WBS, Risk Analysis, FMEA).

  • Ability to work in multicultural environments with emphasis on Italian and Japanese cultures.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation capabilities

  • Experience with Stage-Gate or similar product development processes.
