This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the business, providing leadership and guidance on system implementations, upgrades, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Build technical design documentation in partnership with Architect and Business Analyst
Design, develop, and implement financial products and custom web applications
Design and implement technical specifications and business components using industry best practices and proven design patterns while utilizing OOAD and SOLID principles
Perform analysis of user stories that may include complex functionalities
Conduct high- and low-level design, development, testing, coding and issue/query resolutions
Perform unit testing, integration testing while participating in configuration management and deployment procedures
Participating in UAT/production support activities
Production release preparation and release management for deployments
Manage and mentor technical resources both FTE and third-party resources
Required Qualifications:
10-15 years of backend development experience
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience with .Net Core/ ASP.Net Core/C#/EF Core/SQL Server and related technologies
Experience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience using UI components using Angular Material, Bootstrap, and SASS
Experience using AI tools for development process would be a plus
Exposure to Azure development would be a plus
Experience with Agile SDLC processes
Organized self-starter
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience working with medium to large banking firms
Generic Framework development
The expected base salary ranges from $111,000 - $165,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
