Qualifications:
Proven track record of working in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or other finance-related fields
Successful experience dealing with complex transactions in a fast-paced environment
High level of motivation, commitment, work quality, and attention to detail
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in small, high-performing teams
Strong commercial judgment and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with senior clients
Strong capabilities in financial statement analysis, modeling, and valuation
Bachelor's degree required; an MBA and/or CFA designation a plus
Series licensing or must obtain
Experience in the Life/Annuity and/or P&C sector would be an asset

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $225,000 per year for an Associate, and between $250,000 and $275,000 per year for a Vice President, at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
