What you'll do:
Work directly with our customers to evaluate existing systems, process and/or user needs to analyse, recommend, design and implement best-practises associated to our GRC platform
Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently
Analyse and map customer business requirements to implementation objectives and the defined Scope of Work
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success and support as well as pre-sales teams
Effectively report and communicate to project teams, including customer stakeholders and internal management teams
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of NAVEX's GRC Platform
Develop and initiate project plans and customer documentation to increase effectiveness, awareness and adoption
Present NAVEX's products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertise
Utilise company Salesforce.com and Professional Service Automation tools to optimise Sales and Project Management activities
10% European travel, including overnight stays, may be required
What you'll bring:
5+ years of proven consulting and SaaS implementation experience
Fluency in German language with English language proficiency/fluency
Experience with business process management and SaaS delivery models
Strong analytical and decision-making ability
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective implementation outcomes
Strong project management, planning, and scoping experience, ideally using Professional Services Automation tools
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams and coordinate project escalations
Strong presentation skills, with experience conducting meetings and presentations using web-based tools
Demonstrated accountability, customer focus, and ability to drive results while building trust
Governance, risk, or compliance management industry experience a plus
