Success in this role depends on being equally comfortable in the detail of financial data and in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong financial and analytical capability, including P&L management, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow and balance sheet reporting

• Possess trusted business partnering skills, with the ability to provide proactive, insight-driven financial advice to operational and program leadership

• Excellent stakeholder management, able to build effective relationships and influence across operations, maintenance, supply chain, and finance teams

• The ability to provide clear and confident communication, translating complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders

• Have a high attention to detail and quality focus, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all financial data and reporting

• Experience in delivery resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and frequent change

• A continuous improvement mindset, actively enhancing processes, systems, controls, and ways of working, while mentoring junior team members
