We are looking for a talented engineer to join the Chip Design Methodologies & Shared Code team. This team plays a critical role in defining design methodologies, developing shared code, and integrating new technologies to optimize the efficiency and best practices of the chip design team. This position provides an exciting opportunity to think creatively and make a significant impact within a dynamic, technology-driven company.  
  
**What You'll Be Doing:**  
  

-   Create shared RTL code and solutions designed for broad adoption by chip design teams.
-   Develop innovative methodologies and technologies to ensure a seamless experience for chip design development.
-   Partner with chip design experts across teams to identify challenges and devise optimal solutions and methodologies.
-   Work closely with the design automation team to deliver comprehensive solutions that integrate design, verification, simulation, and automation.
-   Engage with EDA vendors to explore the latest tools and technologies and integrate them into our development processes.
-   Organize and conduct guidance sessions for designers on design methodologies topics.

  
**What We Need to See:**  
  

-   A BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
-   1+ years hands-on RTL design experience
-   Strong interpersonal skills and ability & desire to innovate
-   Exposure to design and verification tools
