Position summary

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with multiple internal teams to provide Tier 1 support for sophisticated cloud platforms under the mentorship of our team.

  • Triage/investigate root cause of customer issues and raise as needed.

  • Assist with the development of tooling to improve customer support process and visibility.

  • Document standard methodologies, solutions, knowledge base articles, how to's, and blog posts.

  • Develop an understanding of user workloads and use cases.

What we need to see:

  • Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a technical related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of basic infrastructure (TCP/IP, storage, hardware).

  • Engineering internship experience with Linux shell, Python and PyTorch.

  • Some support experience (service desk, NOX, SRE, etc.)

  • ITSM ticketing experience (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, etc).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with CSP (AWS, OCI, Azure, etc)

  • Background with Kubernetes.

  • Experience with GPU accelerated scheduling platforms (SLURM, K8).

  • Background in AI/ML and Data Science.

The hourly rate for our interns is 18 USD - 71 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
