Senior IP Litigation Counsel

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with the legal team and management on our IP litigation matters.

• Managing a portion of our IP litigation and pre-litigation activities.

• Negotiating license and settlement agreements.

What we need to see:

• A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.

• 8+ years of experience in U.S. Federal IP litigation.

• Strong written and oral advocacy.

• Technical expertise in computer hardware and software.

• Excellent judgment and case strategy and management skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Judicial clerkship and trial experience preferred.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
