What you'll be doing:

  • Own the comprehensive management of all of NVIDIA's end-user devices including Windows, Mac, Linux, and Mobile.

  • Own NVIDIA's entire application catalog and ensure version-controlled, error-handled automated deployments are running across all platforms.

  • Partner with our AI Ops team to build models that help improve the platform's level of service.

  • Collaborate with our data team to build a robust data operation around the client platform. Take a broad approach to provide deep analysis of low-level information about our fleet.

  • Be a good partner to team members, senior leadership, and end users - listening to their concerns, taking feedback, and coming up with plans to address macro-level issues across the company where our platform could be a solution.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years leading a Client Platform Engineering team.

  • 5+ overall years engineering in DevOps-based configuration management such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or Salt.

  • 7+ years in Client Platform Engineering.

  • Experience in more than one OS platform (Windows, Mac, Linux)

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior Software Engineering experience

The base salary range is 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
