Design teams in evaluating and improving power efficiency of their implementations.
Creating power models of key SoC units to evaluate architectural tradeoffs in DL/ML (training/inference), CPU, GPU, and multimedia workloads.
What we need to see:
Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of additional relevant work experience focused on computer architecture and power.
Understanding of the many factors influencing power efficiency at chip, system, and product levels.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
A drive to continuously learn and expand architectural breadth and depth.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with modeling and optimization of power and/or performance.
Prior experience in power architecture and design

The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 276,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
