NVIDIA is looking for a Software Manager to lead a team working on developing networking simulation and diagnostic tools. These simulations are essential for creating the next generation of networking technologies and for simulating large-scale deployments in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Machine Learning (ML) markets. The diagnostic tools are used for collecting hardware telemetry on a large scale and for verifying networking configurations.  
  
**What you'll be doing:**  
  

-   Lead distributed team of software developers
-   Take end-to-end responsibility for major features
-   Hands-on involvement in coding, debugging software

  
**What we need to see :**  
  

-   Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
-   5+ years of experience leading a team
-   Experience in C/C++ programming
-   8+ years of overall relevant experience
-   Self and quick learning abilities

  
**Ways to stand out from the crowd:**  
  

-   Experience in Linux & Networking
-   Excellent social and written communication skills
