What You'll Do:
Review digital media agreements for accuracy and completeness.
Verify products, quantities, rates, and budgets match order management system.
Collaborate with Account Managers to resolve discrepancies or missing details.
Confirm inventory availability for all products.
Identify required internal approvals based on current SOX controls.
Collect SOX approvals (e.g., Discount, Legal, Credit) via email or order system.
Route agreements for client/internal signatures via DocuSign.
Upload all SOX documentation to designated Google Drive folders.
Conduct weekly audits to ensure complete SOX documentation for prior week's IOs.
Address issues found during monthly SOX contract audits.
Troubleshoot approval workflow errors in order management system.
Compile documentation for quarterly SOX audits.
Support AdOps team with special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring:
1+ year of administrative or operational support experience.
1+ year of experience using ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
Skilled in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Strong multitasking skills; able to manage and prioritize competing deadlines.
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with a focus on precision.
Thrives in fast-paced environments and performs well under time constraints.
Consistently demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a collaborative spirit.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
