20% - Sales Opportunity Management:
Utilize customer relationship management tools to manage sales opportunities, provide reporting, and forecast activity.
10% - Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with existing assigned Segra customers in market territory, with select key accounts retained by the Account Executive.
Investigate and resolve any customer issues, positioning additional products within accounts as needed.
10% - Sales Support:
Submit accurate customer contracts using CRM systems, coordinating with Sales Engineering and Customer Care teams.
Ensure timely communication of product delivery timelines to customers.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in sales/marketing or related field, equivalent work experience, or a combination thereof.
Experience: Previous Enterprise level, ILEC-CLEC sales experience and/or managed services experience preferred. 5+ years of telecommunications or technology sales experience, including sales of core connectivity, cloud services, and security solutions.
Key Competencies: Strong communication and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
