Monthly gross remuneration for this position ranges from PLN 7,000 to PLN 8,700 under an employment contract (CoE/umowa o pracę). Final compensation is determined based on experience and skill level.
Where you'll work
We are looking for a candidate based in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area. The role will primarily be remote, with encouraged in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to support team engagement and cultural development.
What you'll be doing
Audit a sample of the credential reviews done by our Operations team and outside vendors, checking that each professional's credentials were validated correctly and entered accurately.
Write weekly reports that surface recurring errors and trends - both by credential type and by individual reviewer.
Help managers and team leads make sense of their team's performance and guide better coaching conversations.
Give regional Credentialing Leads tailored insights and recommend improvements to processes and training materials.
Pitch in on training new hires, plus the occasional special project or time-sensitive audit request.
What you'll need
2 years of experience in a similar role with proven ability to plan, conduct, and document quality audits.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
A sharp eye for detail and a natural instinct for spotting patterns in data.
Comfort working in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize and present findings.
Strong communication skills - you'll be translating data into stories that drive action.
Familiarity with healthcare or tech industry environments is a big plus.
