The Talent & Culture Programs Specialist will be responsible for supporting initiatives and delivering programs that amplify our engaging and inclusive workplace culture. This individual, in collaboration with global HR team members, will deliver on projects across Employee Engagement, Culture, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This role reports into the Senior Manager, Global Employee Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, execution , continued improvement, and measurement of employee engagement and DEI strategies and programs to enhance overall employee experience.

  • Manage the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, developing resources and implementing plans that amplify their efforts and success.

  • Design, facilitate , and promote effective communications and cultural agility workshops that encourage employee development, strengthen organizational culture, and support global collaboration.

  • Administer global employee inclusion and engagement surveys , analyze results, enable impactful action planning, and support follow up initiatives .

  • Organize global events and activities that promote a unified and inclusive culture.

  • Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure the Employee Value Proposition ( EVP ) is integrated into all aspects of the employee experience.

  • Measure and analyze metrics, using data to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement of programs and initiatives.

  • Design and manag e a global recognition program that celebrate s employee achievements and further strengthens culture .

Skills You Will Need

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Education, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, employee engagement, DEI, and recognition programs.

  • Strong skills in data analytics to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to implement strategic programs that align with organizational goals.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills strongly preferred.
