Snowflake utilizes a hybrid work model, with 3 days a week in the San Mateo office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Define program objectives, processes, and success criteria to align with organizational goals
  • Identify new growth opportunities and test a variety of marketing strategies across owned and unowned media for programs such as Solutions Center, BUILD, Dev Day, and LinkedIn / YouTube livestreams
  • Manage content development, use-case definition, and process for Solutions Center technical resources repository
  • Develop strategy for Snowflake Developers Youtube Channel to expand awareness, increase subscriptions, and align content to product / feature release cycles
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions
  • Report on program status, metrics, highlights and areas for improvement to stakeholder teams.
  • Collaborate with content owners to update materials across channels to keep up-to-date with product updates and enhancements

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE :

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Community, Developer Relations and Demand Generation to implement product, processes, and tools improvements

  • Expertise in executing strategy for multiple products and platforms, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts and improving quality of existing programs

  • Subject-matter expertise in data engineering, data science, and data analytics; experience in writing code sample projects, demos, or tutorials in Python and SQL is a plus

  • Experience working with open source projects is preferred, but not required

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $119,000 - $160,600.

  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
