Partner closely with the Senior Director/Director, Segment Communications to deliver a comprehensive communications plan across internal and external activities for our sales teams
Help drive sales business plans through coordinated and timely communications to further fuel TR's growth
Write, edit, design, and manage both ongoing and one-off communications efforts to support key initiatives, leadership engagements, change projects, and more
Partner closely with other functions (including Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, etc.) to streamline the delivery of communications for sales audiences
Be resourceful, creative, and able to operate and deliver quickly in a fast-paced, tech- and product-focused environment
Demonstrate curiosity and an ability to quickly learn TR's sales business and priorities
Seamlessly manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholders to ensure sales teams are receiving information in a timely and strategic manner
Support the content strategy and delivery of TR's Annual Sales Meeting, our marquee event for TR's sales teams
Be comfortable with acting fast and learning fast in a matrixed, global organization
Provide project management efforts for internal events, initiatives, campaigns, etc.
As a member of the Corporate Communications team, you will:
Collaborate with communications peers to establish best practices and repeatable processes so we're creating efficiencies across the team
Participate in contributing to a comprehensive data and analytics strategy for TR comms channels across internal and external and use data-driven decision making
Help create core capabilities and resources across the communications team to ensure we can scale to meet needs of the business
Identify areas of optimization and simplification in our comms activities and advise on strategies to course-correct our approaches
Build and manage productive relationships with communications colleagues, key stakeholders and partners across TR
About You
You're a fit for the role of Manager, Segment Communications if your background includes:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in English
Proven experience creating and delivering high-quality communications strategies, as well as managing a large and diverse portfolio of communications activities, specifically for a large sales team
Experience working in the public sector, ideally in the tech/SaaS space, and familiarity in dealing with confidential/ material information
Proven experience delivering change management activities
Proven experience with strong project and event management
Proven experience leading with a creative, solutions-first mindset
Experience working with internal communications channels (intranets, social tools, etc.)
Propensity to moving with speed, being agile, and thinking creativity about communications
Excellent writing and editing skills

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
