Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients, with a focus on TikTok Shop adoption and commerce media strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert in TikTok Shop Ads, educating clients and internal stakeholders on product capabilities, best practices, and roadmap developments.
- Collaborate closely with Client Solutions Managers (CSMs), Product Marketing, and E-commerce teams to deliver high-impact solutions and integrated media plans.
- Identify key growth opportunities within your client portfolio and develop tailored activation plans to maximize Shop Ads usage and performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and business data to inform strategy, provide actionable recommendations, and build compelling narratives.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and category movements to proactively guide client strategy and drive innovation.
- Champion feedback loops with Product and cross-functional teams, sharing insights from clients to improve TikTok Shop solutions.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing initiatives, contributing to case studies, learning sessions, and strategic alignment across teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, e-Commerce, or media sales.
- Proven success in managing complex client relationships and delivering consultative, data-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystem, performance marketing, and retail media strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and build trust with high-level stakeholders.
- High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Spanish-Speaking markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with commerce or marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopee, etc.)
- Experience in selling or managing performance-based ad products.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with auction-based media buying.
- Self-starter mindset with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, analytics).
