    Position summary

    ess across all creator levels. The main objective is to drive stronger content supply and improve GMV performance through well-designed and data-driven campaign initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage creator campaigns end-to-end from planning to execution and evaluation
    • Develop campaign mechanics, creator incentives, and operational workflows
    • Ensure campaigns effectively improve creator activeness, content supply, and GMV growth
    • Analyze campaign performance and identify key drivers, gaps, and optimization opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BD, operations, strategy and creator management
    • Drive continuous improvement for future campaign initiatives based on data and insights

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Minimum 4 years of experience managing end-to-end campaigns
    2. Strong analytical thinking, business logic, and data interpretation skills
    3. Good understanding of the e-commerce and affiliate industry landscape
    4. High ownership mindset with strong agility and execution capability
    5. Able to thrive and adapt to a fast-paced working environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Preferably experienced working with creators, influencers, or KOLs
