Responsibilities
- Maintain the team content calendar, ensuring campaigns, programming levers and trend activations are accurately tracked and up to date
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities and campaign details
- Support execution of in-app programming, including setup of push notifications, internal ads and mini-pages
- Track campaign progress and ensure timely updates, flagging gaps or delays to the Manager
- Identify and surface relevant trends and activation opportunities to support creator and publisher engagement
- Top-performing interns during the internship will be considered for full-time return offers, subject to business needs and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
- Available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and keep complex documents accurate and up to date
- Detail-oriented and structured mindset, ensuring high accuracy when tracking campaigns, inputs, and programming elements
- Fluent German and English skills, with strong written communication abilities for content planning and cross-team coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in content, digital marketing, and platform ecosystems, with a good sense for trends and what drives engagement
- Proactive and reliable, comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following through in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, especially around campaign operations, content programming, and process optimization
