    Position summary

    , Electronics, FMCG, Lifestyle), supporting daily operations that keep campaigns and seller programs moving. You'll learn how marketplace operations connect to commercial outcomes, how to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and how to translate raw data into decisions. By the end of the internship, you'll have a working understanding of platform mechanics, campaign operations, and the commercial logic behind one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing e-commerce platforms.

    Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns, including IP campaigns, creator-led campaigns
    • Support and coordinate creator-related offline events, collaborating closely with internal teams, creators, and third-party partners
    • Monitor campaign and event performance, extract key insights, and recommend improvements for future initiatives
    • Provide operational support for the creator community (e.g., LINE Official Account management)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support campaign execution in a fast-paced environment
    • Good communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate with internal teams, creators, and external partners

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior internship or project experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, or event coordination
    • Familiarity with TikTok platform, creator ecosystem, and digital content trends
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
