Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns, including IP campaigns, creator-led campaigns
- Support and coordinate creator-related offline events, collaborating closely with internal teams, creators, and third-party partners
- Monitor campaign and event performance, extract key insights, and recommend improvements for future initiatives
- Provide operational support for the creator community (e.g., LINE Official Account management)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support campaign execution in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate with internal teams, creators, and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, or event coordination
- Familiarity with TikTok platform, creator ecosystem, and digital content trends
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
