Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with creators across different levels, including direct engagement with top creators and manual account vetting of new targeted accounts.
- Deepen relationships and strategically improve account performance, product adoption and engagement to deliver against product and content goals.
- Drive creator engagement ensuring creators are well-informed and actively participating in monetization and community programs against targeted goals.
- Monitor and drive key creator management metrics and encourage product adoption among creators.
- Gather feedback from local creators, identifying opportunities and providing insights to enhance program effectiveness.
- Serve as a local expert in understanding the nuances of working with creators in the market.
- Work closely with various internal teams to align strategies and achieve departmental goals.
- Support strategic partnerships, showcases and business opportunities with Top Creators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Please submit your CV in English, as the role requires communication with global stakeholders and the evaluation process will be conducted in English.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication (both Spanish & English) and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in multicultural spaces and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local market, cultural nuances and community building programs & platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Business Analytics / Data Analytics, or Communications.
- Experience in creator management, or a similar role.
- Passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture.
