The Creator Cooperation Team at TikTok Shop Indonesia bridges creator partnerships with FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Brands. We manage top-creator programs, coordinate multi-MCN campaigns, and drive social commerce growth through strategic creator alignment.
In this role, you'll support the execution of creator-driven FMCG campaigns by managing data tracking and operational coordination across multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain performance trackers across campaigns
- Compile campaign data, manage dashboards, ensure data quality
- Coordinate sample shipments, logistics, and delivery follow-ups
- Coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Support operational alignment across projects
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Proficiency in Excel or any related tools, comfortable with formulas, data organization, pivot tables)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly across teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data analysis programming languages (SQL, Python) and statistical methods.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
- Prior exposure to e-commerce or FMCG data analysis (e.g., sales trends, consumer insights).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
