    As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

    Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

    Responsibilities

    1. Localize seller operations content. Adapt seller operations methodologies, research insights, and best practices into content that resonates with US sellers - clear, actionable, and tailored to the local market.
    2. Build seller enablement materials. Help produce methodology and brand assets, including training programs, playbooks, case studies, and educational content that support merchants across different growth stages.
    3. Partner with Product on data products. Track requirements for seller analytics products (brand insights, business diagnostics, etc.); own the rollout of new features to US sellers, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable product requirements.
    4. Engage and grow the sellers community. Build direct touch points with sellers through communities and 1:1 deep dives with key sellers; cultivate seed users and amplify the impact of our products.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, or related majors
    • Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects and eager to learn skills across a variety of marketing specialties

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven skills of self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset; clear and logical thinker and communicator; comfortable working with data; proficient with AI productivity products.
