    Position summary

    • Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and product teams. Deeply understand and synthesize requirements from creators, MCN agencies, and merchants, ensuring product roadmaps align seamlessly with business goals.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes. Regularly produce market analysis and actionable insights to support strategic product planning and business decisions.
    • Develop, document, and standardize operational methodologies, best practices, and benchmark case studies to empower internal and external stakeholders and improve collaboration efficiency.
    • Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving creators, Business Development (BD), and Product teams, ensuring the high-quality delivery of key objectives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in product operations, platform matchmaking, or a related field within the internet industry.
    • Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and project management skills.
    • A highly self-driven professional with a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Direct experience in creator-merchant matchmaking platforms or affiliate product operations.
    • Exceptional business logic and market acumen, with a proven track record in operating transaction-driven (e-commerce/O2O) products.
    • Experience working in a cross-cultural and highly matrixed global organization.
