You will be involved in the following activities:
- Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
- Sourcing, targeting, and building pipelines of candidates' databases.
- Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
- Supporting new project (s), and/or optimizing current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieving a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates who are able to commit to a duration of a 6 month internship and at least 3 days a week.
