    Qualifications

    Job Requirements

    • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors
    • Excellent problem-analysis and -solving skills, have industry experience in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications.
    • Good at coding, data structure and basic algorithm
    • Good team communication and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Good understanding on how modern Search system is built or/and how modern Search product should be evolved.
    • Industry experience in building a consumer-facing Search product.
    • Experience in building a medium-size backend technical team from scratch.
