2. Develop data monitoring and alert systems, and establish rapid response and problem-solving processes to ensure that data anomalies and business issues are promptly identified and resolved.
3. Explore and optimize data science work models to systematically improve the efficiency of the DS team and enhance external collaboration.
4. Use data-driven approaches to identify key business issues, drive relevant analyses,promote solutions, and implement improvement measures.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifations:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in short videos,social etc. preferred. Background in statistics, computer science, economics, data science, quantitative analysis, etc. preferred.
- Proficient in SQL, with practical experience in using Python, or other programming languages.
- Sensitive to data, able to quickly find the relationship between data and business, has a solid understanding of the engineering logic behind data processing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional team collaboration ability;
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business.
