Qualifications

Miniumum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Analytics;
• At least 3 years of Data Science experience in Causal Inference, Experimentation, Product Analytics, Machine Learning, and Statistics expertise;
• SQL & Python or R proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree (MS, PhD.) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, etc;
• Causal Inference, Experimentation, Product Analytics, Machine Learning, and Statistics experience;
• Business oriented. Have a strong business sense to proactively help Product and Operations identify key business challenges using data-driven insights;
• Strong curiosity and self-driving force;
• Excellent communication skills, an open mind, and positive critical thinking;
• Solid technical & knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, can consistently explore and find the best practice;
• Insightful data sense and rigorous logical mindset, capable of providing systematic approaches to solve business problems.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $170240 - $277970 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
