Position summary
Haul Team and First Mile Team, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
7. Familiar with sop & cost efficiency of warehouse, continuously optimize warehouse efficiency, and enhance the cost advantage of warehouse.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sortation delivery operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last-mile delivery processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication and attitude
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
