    Position summary

The Managed Services - Benefits team offers UKG customers a more personalized and high-touch experience. We become an extension of our customer's team, providing guidance and support, offering strategic insights and best practices to ensure their benefits program delivers on organizational goals. By efficiently managing administrative tasks, we relieve the strain on HR resources, enhancing employee experience and enabling customers to attract and retain top talent.

    Primary/ Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

    • Supporting a defined portfolio of customers as a consistent point of contact; coordinating routine tasks and timelines.
    • Managing administrative activities for medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA/HRA, life, disability, and voluntary plans following established procedures.
    • Executing benefits administration activities; triaging issues and escalating complex items for guidance; assisting with root-cause follow-ups.
    • Referencing plan documents/SOPs to answer questions; elevating ambiguous interpretations for review.
    • Project-managing annual benefits enrollment tasks for assigned customers (configuration, testing, communications, and acceptance)
    • Following compliance processes aligned to federal/state requirements and escalating compliance questions.
    • Preparing meeting notes, status updates, and ticket documentation; partnering with brokers/vendors as requested by the customer team.
    • Attend and/or lead recurring service calls, Monthly/ Quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR), and project debrief for assigned customers
    • Support with automation and transformation projects
    • Should be able to demonstrate ability to coach/mentor/guide the team
    • Demonstrate strong Customer Relations with internal and external stakeholders by establishing and maintaining exceptional business relationships and working collaboratively
    • Maintaining customer process documentation and personal time tracking in line with departmental protocols
    • Demonstrated attention to detail (capturing action items, maintaining accurate records, setting expectations in escalations).

    Qualification:
    • 7+ years of relevant work experience in U.S. Benefits teams in customer facing environments.
    • Working knowledge of employee life-cycle U.S. Benefits Administration, ACA, related regulations, ERISA guidelines, and HIPAA Compliance
    • 3+ years of Customer Success/Customer Relationship Management experience.
    • Strong Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills are critical for success.
    • Ability to appropriately set and manage expectations with customers.
    • Ability to provide consulting services with customers to ensure the appropriate outcomes are achieved.
    • Ability to work in US shifts

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with PlanSource and/or UKG Pro or other HCM benefits administration solutions
    • Working knowledge of EDI configurations is desirable
    • Experience with UKG Pro Benefits Administration systems (Desirable).
    • Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite of software to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks under stringent timelines
    • Highly motivated and team oriented

    Education/Certification/License:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience will be considered
