cross the Global Benefits delivery tiers, the Coordinator will perform the following duties:
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Service Delivery
Inquiry Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollment, claims, leaves, and retirement.
Complex Case Resolution: Triage and resolve complex cases, such as claims advocacy and payroll/benefits corrections, escalating only the most sensitive policy issues to the COE.
Knowledge Management: Maintain and update benefit education materials, "service-ready" scripts, and knowledgebase content to ensure clear communication for employees and the wider HRSD team.
Transaction & Program Processing
Lifecycle Processing: Execute routine transactions including new hire onboarding, life event changes, and terminations within HRIS/HCM platforms.
Data Integrity: Ensure accurate payroll deductions and manage the transmission of vendor eligibility files.
Annual Maintenance: Execute annual balance updates for specific programs (e.g., U.S. College Tuition Benefit) and maintain global benefit inventories by country.
Operational Finance & Vendor Coordination
Financial Operations: Manage end-to-end vendor invoicing, including payment submission, cost center allocation, and monthly financial reconciliations in partnership with Finance.
Vendor Liaison: Work directly with carriers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to resolve individual employee issues and support data QA/audits.
Support & Knowledge Transfer
Project Support: Assist with global benefits projects, including Well-being initiatives, M&A activity, and Governance.
Cross-Training: Provide training to the wider HR Service Delivery Team to facilitate the long-term knowledge transfer required for HRSD category expansion.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in Total Rewards/Benefits, preferably within an international, GBS, or Shared Services environment.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS platforms.
Communication: Excellent command of English with the ability to prioritize work under pressure and handle sensitive employee advocacy cases.
