Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or global operations.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
Experience supporting M&A integration and strategic planning initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global
Preferred Skills:
Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools.
Familiarity with supply chain/manufacturing finance and operational KPIs.
