Technical Recruiter - AI (Contract)

and effective candidate advocacy

• You will source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit

• You will facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience

• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit

• Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry

• Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience recruiting software or hardware positions

• Experience working for a recruiting agency

• Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership

Compensation

This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $50 to $80 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
