What do you do during your day to give yourself one minute of calm?

Update: **My supervisor said she locked her keys in her truck prior to a 4 hour meeting my director and I were scheduled to present at. The timing of this is awfully suspicious. My director said she may show up later on in the meeting but never showed the ENTIRE 4 HOURS we were in the meeting. I was told that my director and board member were going to present; however my director said i "could just chime in." I was not prepared to do this & it DEFINITELY WASNT HELPFUL that my supervisor NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Also, I recently met with my supervisor to ask her if it was necessary to show up at EVERY event we have & she said "if its related to housing, then I need to. I need to check the Employee manual about all of this. Also, I will ask the director to see what she says." Yeah right. Liar.

I am also happy to have met so many valuable and talented women, and of course to have had the chance to share with leaders of House

I spent more than 20 years managing staff in the public sector.

I was contacted by a recruiter for a different job that I applied for at a well known company.
