Does AT&T Have Good Work-Life Balance and Flexibility?
  • "The turn over rate is so high because they are short staffed and make people work horrible hours, and go to pointless mandatory meetings at 7am when they don't work until 10am. Not understanding when it comes to family emergencies, sicknesses, deaths in family, weather conditions, doctors appointments, nothing. Having no work life balance is the only way to get through this job." - Unicorndust
  • "Depends on your boss. Some departments have telecommute policies that allow 1 or more day per week working from home. Some do not." - anon.nerd
  • "Corporate policies give up to 1 year - unpaid of course - leave. Seems to be available to women or men. However, if you elect any part of this, the rest of your career is compromised." - Anonymous-20267
  • "shift workers could allowed to work from home. example an IT engineer required to work in shift to serve client at different time zone, they should be allowed to work from home especially for married women. IT engineer jobs mostly base on ticketing system. Each engineer work base on incident tickets or request tickets which is assigned to them. In that case shift workers could pick up the ticket and work accordingly virtually. Mostly shift workers (IT engineers) not allowed to work from home. Shift workers are all not call centre in-charge. Firewall engineers and network engineers do work in shift. female engineers who work in shift need psychological and physical well-being attention. " - anon4857
  • "depends on the division you're in" - anon5089
